  AVOID AVOID AVOID...We needed our agent to file a claim and after 4 voicemails over 8 days we decided to switch agents. This individual is clearly not concerned about his clients needs.

  Not happy!!! After the wife and i sat in eddies office for over a hour signed up auto,life,renters and were promised the world so we paid a big payment to get everything started. Within a couple days found out nothing was done right or what he told us. From price to policy. Bill was 70.00 more then quoted and much less coverage. Then when i finally got ahold of eddie all he could say was "what do you want to do" or "if we remove this or that" . Well eddie seems to me if you were upfront you would of never got a dime from me... wish i could give negative stars because he would get negative 5.

  I had been with American Family insurance for 22 years. After the way they handled a claim I was not happy and decided to pursue getting other insurance. I then decided to go to Farmers Insurance. Needless to say, they could not get their billing done properly and the agent was not responsive and when I would finally get some sort of response I was made to feel like it was me with the issue. Then I found the Eddie Olivas State Farm Insurance Agency!! I've now been with them for over a year and could not be happier with the service Eddie and his team provides!! It was unfortunate, but my husband was involved in an accident. Eddie called ASAP to make sure my husband was safe and offered to answer any questions we may have etc. Every time I call the office, Jose, Chelese and Alicia are always so sweet and make sure everything is taken care of in a timely and professional manner. Eddie and his team have been a huge breath of fresh air and go above and beyond for their customers!! Thank you Eddie Olivas State Farm Agency...Like a good neighbor, Eddie Olivas and State Farm are there!!

  Worst agent. Does not return calls. Called the agency for info and they told they could not help me. They did not have the info I needed.
