- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They dont fix anything unless you bring it to their attention an absurd amount of times not to mention the "management" and i use that term loosely as they change from day to day or week to week and for some reason all seem to be incompetent, argumentative, rude, and incapable of handling the little authority allowed them! Also a. Large % of the tenants are illegal immigrants subletting their apts to other illegals which causes alot of friction since most are neglegent parents doing who knows what while their rotten kids runaround unsupervised at all hours of the night disturbing tenants without kids and going to management to bring it to their attention is a waste of time as a great deal of the time management is absent during "working" hours on a regular basis which also means if you dont put large amounts of money on your laundry card which is a total rippoff by the way, when you need to fill your card no one is in office and if you make the mistake of complaining to either manager or adams county housing authority your being aggressive and i'll say them by name zak & mirabell and the oh i dont know 7 or 8 managers weve had here at zuni plaza apts in only 2 years almost all of whom which abuse their authority. At every opportunity and as in my case my lease was not renewed because of an avoidable incident manufactured by a moron of a novis manager which is probably stretching it i doubt she even qualifies as a novis but my housing was taken from me and my honor and integrity has been degraded by ACHA! Im an honorably discharged disabled vet That as of the 23rd of February will be unfairly & unnecessarily made homeless i dont drink i dont smoke or do any drugs which seems to always seems to be ACHA Excuse to get rid of tenants they dont personally like and without a doubt need to be investigated for abuses of at risk seniors and disabled tenants which includes over charging hud & hoa section 8 vouchers and abusive unprofessional management and staff.By John Uribe, September 01, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I used this credit union originally approx 6 years ago to get my first car because it's my dads credit union. Worst decision ever. One of my largest regrets in life so far. The customer service is awful. The loan officers are judgemental jerks... when i paid off that first loan I went to a dealership instead hoping to get away from them since they wouldn't offer me a decent car loan, even after 4 years without a single late payment. They then had the audacity to buy my car loan that they refused to offer me from the beginning. So I got stuck with them again. Tragedy struck in the hail storm in may and totaled my beloved car, and lots of other personal things happened that put me in a bad spot financially. I was pretty much forced to get a signature loan with this credit union with my dads co signature again(frustrating). Now they are charging returned mail fees even though they are the ones who messed up my address, and threatening me with collections for the equivalent of 8$ returned mail fee that I shouldn't have been charged to begin with. Oh yeah, and at the end of the phone call, she told me supposedly my payment was off to begin with by 2$, even though I called them before I even wrote my check to confirm what my payment is! It is never ending pain and misery with this awful company! Stay away!!!! In the past 7 years, I've never had a good experience. Trying to figure out how to refinance a personal loan now, just to get the hell away from these people! They will make your life miserable as well...By Ariel, August 28, 2017
